LOCAL SHIPPING

All products for Honda Malaysia are entitled for free shipping across West and East Malaysia only.

Production lead time for all orders is about 5 weeks. Please allow additional time for delivery on all custom made orders.

Courier used is Poslaju. Tracking details will be sent to respective email.

Once tracking number has been obtained, order can be tracked here.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, international shipping is not available.

CANCELLATION  POLICY

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Any cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order will not be entertained.

You may be charged a cancellation fee depending on method of payment and payment merchant.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

All products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. All orders confirmed that include embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

It is strongly advised to re-confirm the colour, size and embroidery of your choice before checking out. 

In the event of an incorrect order, returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving. Returns must be in a new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee our apparel to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Kindly contact our customer service number to get your order verified and checked before proceeding with the return. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Once your items are returned, our team of experts will have to inspect the condition and nature of the apparel returned. 

Returns under our guarantee must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them and made within 7 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn, damaged apparel or if not in compliance with our policy.

 

CARE TIPS

Here’s some care tips to keep your uniform looking new and extend their lifespan and durability:

  • Keep uniform away from direct sunlight to preserve its brightness & vibrance
  • Wash in cold water, inside out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Iron on the reversed side
  • Air dry. To keep your uniform looking new, avoid putting them in a dryer
  • No usage of bleach or any chemical/chlorine/vanish powders
  • Choose the right detergent. Choose detergents that are made for colored fabrics which can prevent discoloration
  • Choose the right washer setting. Using a gentle cycle will help eliminate most of the wear and tear washers can inflict, especially for delicate fibers
  • Store all scrubs in a cool and dry space to protect them from damp, sunlight, and heat, which can all cause damage
